Women’s Prize LIVE Terms

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All tickets will incur an additional Eventbrite booking fee as standard.
• All ticket issues will be e-tickets and will not be posted to you.
• Early bird prize draw: Any single entrant who purchases an early bird day pass (general admission or concession) before 23:59 on Monday 27 April 2023 will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win an annual Audible subscription and a bundle of Women’s Prize merch. A random draw of all valid entries will take place within six working days after the closing date above to select the winner. The winners will be notified by email, and must respond by midnight within seven days of the date of contact, providing a valid GB address for the prize to be dispatched to.
• You may apply for a refund via Eventbrite up to seven days before the event, by 23.59pm on Monday 5 June 2023.
• Please bring your Eventbrite email confirmation on the day.
• If you booked a ticket at a concession rate, please bring your photographic ID or supporting paperwork to be checked at the gate.
• You should retain your ticket as it may be required for re-admission.
• When you attend this event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication or reproduction.
• You must comply with safety announcements and instructions given by the stewards.
• Animals are not permitted within the venue, with the exception of assistance dogs.
• The information contained within this website is correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to make alterations where necessary and are not liable for any subsequent omissions. We will notify you of any programme changes as soon as possible. 
• You agree that email can be used as means of communication.
• These General Terms and Conditions supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase of tickets.
• Please do not attend an in-person event if you or anyone in your household have COVID-19 or are showing symptoms. WPT will not be held responsible for any restrictions, cancellations or personal effects due to COVID-19. We will however ensure that the event follows all government guidance and precautions. 
• If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.

• These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.

WPT does not accept liability and shall not be liable for non-completion of any event or for any delays arising as a result of:

     i. Strikes, riots or lock outs affecting any trade with which WPT is concerned.

    ii. Exceptionally adverse weather conditions.

    iii. Loss, damage or cancellation due to fires, floods, pandemics or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
