Waterstones and Whistles competition terms
To celebrate the Women’s Prize for Fiction 2018 shortlist announcement, we’re giving one lucky person the chance to win two £500 Whistles gift cards, two tickets to the 2018 Women’s Prize awards party and a full set of the 6 shortlisted books.
The shortlisted books are as follows:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. No purchase necessary. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt of entry.
2. The competition will close on Monday 28th May 2018. To be eligible, entries must be received on or before the competition closing date.
3. The prizewinner will be decided by the Prize. The prizewinner will need to respond within one week of being contacted by email; or the prize will be forfeit and will be awarded to a different entrant selected at random.
4. The promoter reserves the right to amend the specification of the prizes or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
5. The competition is not open to employees of Whistles, Waterstones or the Women’s Prize for Fiction or their immediate families.
6. The right is reserved to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time.
7. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, no whole/part cash alternatives.
8. By being entered into the draw, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph and/or image for publicity purposes in all media carried out by the Promoter (and in the case of there being more than one, each of them) without payment or compensation.
9. The Promoter will make available the name and county of the winners to anyone who requests this information by writing an email to jennifer@womensprizeforfiction.co.uk
10. The Promoter may terminate, amend or withdraw this draw and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
11. Entry to the pre-order draw is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are governed by English Law. By entering this pre-order draw you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
12. The contact details you provide to enter the competition will be used b the Promoter to contact entrants if necessary, and to send you occasional emails if you have specifically checked the box to agree to this. Your details will not be shared with other companies, again unless you have specifically checked the box to request communications from Whistles. The Women’s Prize for Fiction will only use your email address and other personal information in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with the Prize privacy policy, which can be found on our website.
